This is a 3bed/2bath home w/ pool. Located on Southside about 1 minute from Bashas. What is for rent is a bedroom that is furnished with tv. You will have your own bathroom. You will be able to to have rightful use to it all. This includes pool, laundry, garage space for storage if needed, wi/fi, and obviously kitchen usage. You will have your own bathroom. It is a split layout, so your bedroom is opposite side of home to mine. You will have to pay half the water bill and electric. Water bill is usually about $150 a month so half that. The electric is usually about $150 during non summer months and then about $250-$275 during summer months, so half that. I am 37 year old recently divorced male. I am really laid back and friendly person to be around. I work as a teacher. Usually gone during day, then most of the time at home at night, unless going to gym. I keep to myself and in my room a lot. Pretty much an introvert. I have no pets.
