My apartment is a 3 bed/2 bath. I use one small bedroom and the other small one is a game room, so you would be getting the very large master bedroom, with a big walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen and living/dining room are spacious too, and there is a working fireplace and a small balcony. The lease only allows two cats/dogs (I don’t know of any restriction on birds, fish, reptiles, or small animals like hamsters), which I have, but the complex does allow another cat/dog if it is a registered service animal or ESA. The complex is located near several shopping centers, with easy access to the interstate and downtown, and is also fairly close to UVA. Rent includes all utilities except for electric.

Hi there! I’m Em, and I also come with my cats Gus and Clara. I work a late morning-early evening job, so I’m very much a night owl, but I can work with any schedule. I’m a pretty quiet person and can usually be found gaming or writing, but I’m always up for movie nights, binging TV shows, and having game nights too. I’m not a neat freak but I am fairly tidy and definitely make sure shared spaces are tidy as well. I’d love a roommate to share nerdy stuff with, but I can get along with just about anyone!
