Baker Lane

We have a basement room available for rent that includes a full bathroom. The room is accessed through the garage, off street parking. We do not have a kitchen in the room, but have considered adding a kitchenette. Our home is in thorndale, about 20 min from West Chester University. We live in a quiet cul de sac, and have parking available. There is internet and the utilities are covered in rent cost. The room is not necessarily the Taj Mahal but it has accommodated tenants before just fine.

My girlfriend and I are in our twenties, we are quiet and clean. Our home has cats and a dog, I run a pet sitting business so occasionally another dog or two. We don’t utilize the basement except for the storage room and garage areas.
