It is a 5 bedroom home near Bearing and McCarran in Sparks , renting out the Master Bedroom. front door leads directly to the stairs to go to the bedroom , share kitchen. The master bedroom has two closets and a pretty big private clean bathroom with standup shower, room can be furnished if you like. new queen bed is there now but can be removed . Wi-Fi and bills all included.

I’m a single father, my daughter is in middle school my cousin is a building engineer and my other cousin and his wife are here temporary for a few months they work at Smiths Grocery store, and I’m a Chef cooking in corporate dining for the past 16 years. We moved out here about a two years ago from the Bay Area after my mother passed away. We are a peaceful relaxed and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Female preferred is my daughter’s choice that’s fine with me as long as she’s comfortable.
