Hello!! The room can fit up to a queen-size bed as shown in the images above (room does not come furnished). We are also finishing remodeling the room. The renter also has access to the kitchen (Space in refrigerator and pantry), laundry(have your own laundry detergent), and common areas such as the living room. Includes internet, and access to a printer if needed. We do not allow any pets, unfortunately.

Hi, we are a small family, looking for a new family. We are very passive and welcoming. I am looking for just another cool/clean person to rent out the room.
