Surrounding by cameras and ring door bells. Entrance has 3 steps. Well manicured lawns front and back. Very quiet and respectful with friendly neighbors. Owners occupied who are respectful, friendly and decent. Owners Do not drink, smoke are indulged inappropriate behavior. Likes to have someone who is clean, neat tidy and quiet. Family oriented. Limited cooking. Room is set up like an hotel. Everything is new. Short/long term welcome.

My partner and I are retired after many years in the medical field and bus operator. Our hobbies are mostly stock market, computer researches for every day investment. Very quiet. Sometime up late at nights. Like reggae, Christian, and others music.
