South 3rd Street

The bedroom that is available is the smallest bedroom, upstairs. There is a closet and a window, and enough space as long as you don’t have too much stuff. The bathroom is also upstairs, and we are working on getting a half bathroom installed. The main floor is where the living room and kitchen are, there are plenty of places to keep your things as well. The basement is used as a room, and the washer/dryer are down there too. Can provide more photos as well. The picture of the room is the one that is available, and it is empty as of now.

We are all in college Zane: Me (20M) I live in the basement, and I have a lot of school (culinary school) and work so I may not be around too often but I am friendly and will participate in anything if included. London: (19M) London is going to metro at the moment for something business related, and stays up late with aaron playing video games pretty often. They can get pretty loud, but if asked to be quiet i’m sure they would respect that and tone it down. Aaron: (20M) Works at menards and goes to metro, also stays up and plays games a lot. Pretty quiet otherwise though.
