Jarett's room

Open room with a windows looking out to the courtyard. Carpeted and thick walls. The rest of the apartment is open as well, with the kitchen separate to the living room. Parking is the only catch here with only one spot per unit. Open to discuss arrangements regarding that but ideally would like someone who wouldn’t mind a ten minute walk.

I work two jobs and an internship and I try to maintain a social life so I stay busy. When I’m home in a living room person and welcome anyone to join me on the couch. A bit of a night owl going to bed around 1 or 2 regularly but I’m always respectful of noise.
