House was just fully remodeled updated new appliances. It’s a pretty decent sized room you can choose from either hardwood floor or carpet I will be furnishing it so you can bring your own or I can supply for you I will be getting new furniture just not sure exactly what I want to get yet so pretty much everything is brand new

you would pretty much have the place to yourself I’ll be there from time all I ask is that you keep it clean take care of it if you have pets I don’t want to be cleaning up after them just keep the house presentable
