The home is a non smoking, no drug household. Perfect for a single occupant. Ideal for any working professional or student that expects respectful, quiet, and clean.

Room has newer paint, carpet, and blinds. Large enough to fit queen sized bed with space for additional furnishing.

Internet and utilities are included in the rent. Laundry also available.

Roommates are all in mid-twenties. Clean and quiet, and tend to stay to themselves either working or spending time in their own spaces. All are respectful of one another’s things and spaces. Looking for a great fit.
