Chalfont’s old general store and precious doctor’s office renovated beautifully into 5 cozy, clean apartments. Bedroom is freshly painted, new hardwood type floors, own private full bathroom in bedroom. Full size closet, full kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer included in unit, air conditioning and heat in apartment as well. Internet and electric is split between us and is never more than $100 each per month. It’s just myself (29 years old) and my dog, who loves everyone and is super friendly! I’m very laid back and easy going, but also clean and responsible when it comes to the household and bills. I live a pretty quiet life, don’t have many guest over, but do go out with friends a decent amount. I try to keep the apartment as our sanctuary, peaceful and relaxing so it feels like a cozy place to come home to. But also understand we all have our social lives. My roommate is having a baby so moved in with her boyfriend, looking for someone to either take over her lease now or move in when ours ends in November.
