About the room
Yes this room is available! Great location in the Presidio area of San Francisco. Peaceful, quiet, safe, and full of hiking, walking, running trails. If you love nature and the outdoorsy type, you’ll be a great fit.
Very close access to the gym (YMCA Presidio is a 10 min walk), grocery stores are a quick 5 min drive away, and restaurants/nightlife in the Marina and Inner Richmond are right outside the walls of the Presidio. Crissy fields is also close by w/ spectacular views of the bay and downtown SF alongside the Golden Gate Bridge.
Whether you are WFH or RTO, it’s a great spot to kick back, relax, and enjoy what the Presidio has to offer. This room is in a 4 bd 2 ba unit. W/D in unit and very spacious kitchen ( gas range if you’re into cooking) + storage. If you look at the blueprint photo, the room available is the downstairs 9X10 room!

2 gals 1 guy Looking for one more guy/gal. All single, low key, and pretty independent. Love shootin the shit from time to time but for the most part hang out with our own respective friend groups. Respectful of common spaces, and like cleanliness. As long as you clean up after yourself, you’ll do just fine by us :)
