This high-rise condominium is in the heart of Atlanta and walkable to Georgia Tech, Fox Theater, Emory Midtown Hospital, Marta, Piedmont Park, and easy access to I-75/85. The building recently has undergone big renovations in Lobby, Hallways, New Elevators, New HVAC in Each Unit along with 24 hour concierge. The building comes with its own pool, high-speed internet, gym, and club area. Parking may be purchased at an additional fee. Renting two rooms which will have a shared bathroom.
