One private bedroom, shared bath in beautiful, newer-built house with shared common areas.
Room is cozy, light, and with a decent closet. Optionally furnished with desk and twin daybed.
About the roomies
Must be ok with dogs (2 huskies). Cute back yard with grill, nice kitchen, space for some extra storage in garage. In-unit washer/dryer. Utilities not included in rent price (we have solar, so electricity/water is only about $60/month and $25/month for high speed internet). They are 2 males, 1 female working in music and film. Respectful, polite, and easy-going.
