Paige's room

Small room for only 400$ we have laundry, dishwasher, and a small yard. There is 2.5 bathrooms so there is hardly any fighting over bathroom time. We have 2 rescue dogs in the home which unfortunately means we can’t welcome any other furry friends.

Utilities is around 40$ a month, we are about a 10min drive away from CSU very close to some parks and the bus stop for easy transportation.

There is a handful of us living in the home to make things affordable but everyone has a private room, we are all around 23 to 27 years old. We mostly keep to ourselves and have all known each other for a while.

We are all pretty good at keeping the house clean sometimes a little clutter pops up but it’s taken care of quickly.
