Ravenshoe Way

The room is one of the two upstairs bedrooms. It is a the biggest room in the house. The house is a large spacious house with honestly too much room. The house has a large back and front yard. It is a lease takeover and the lease ends on 06/30 but renewing the lease is always an option. Rent will begin on March 1st but the room will be available by February 15th so if needed you can move in early without any extra rent for the rest of February.

The roommates are pretty laid back and friendly. I have the other room upstairs and generally like to keep the common areas fairly clean. The other roommate is quiet and tends to keep to himself. We hangout every once and awhile in the common areas and play switch games. Feel free to ask any questions or message me to setup a time to come see the house and meet the roommates.
