How about spending summer in style? Seriously, it’s THE BEST ROOFTOP POOL IN DTLA (just waiting for the right person!)

I am a 30ish-year-old creative woman who prefers a calm, tidy household. I have been living in this apartment for 5 years and I love it… Even during Covid.

I have 1 room to rent with your own BIG private bathroom in my apartment in the Fashion District in Downtown Los Angeles. It’s a super nice area surrounded by restaurants, bars, theaters and local shops. We have public transportation everywhere around the building. If you have a car, we can arrange parking in the garage as well.

The apartment is already furnished and your room has a bed and a built-in dresser. Wi-Fi and other utilities can be included in rent. Your cut will be a flat fee of $1800 per month plus deposit ($1800). 

My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and your private bathroom. Besides that, your unique fob key will give you access to all the amenities in our building. You’ll see! Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months.

No wild party animals… (~ at least not at home). “Been there. Done that.” No children. No pets.

You’ll feel like you’re on a constant vacation. We have so many amenities inside this Classical Hollywood inspired building. My brother and I used to live together, but he found his soulmate and moved to London.

Thankfully YOU happen to be reading this post and looking for a fun place to live just like what I have to offer. Or maybe you know my perfect match and this is A SIGN!

My favorite work-from-home days are tanning at our rooftop pool with my laptop.

Sometimes I also go to one of our three Business Centers to have meetings or Zoom calls. I go there because it’s quiet, there’s AC, and there are 4 private rooms that any resident can use. There is a desk and a computer in each room, just in case the desktop and your laptop are useful at the same time. Believe me, sometimes it helps when you can be all alone in one of those rooms with the door shut, a computer to use, a desk, your silence and Free Wi-Fi.

If you don’t find enough Zen space there, you can always go to the Library. But keep in mind, that is a “No Speaking Zone”, unless you’re all alone. I go there to read a book or meditate next to the water fountain. The gardens and trees inside the building are incredible. I feel like I live in (kind of…) a Palace.

We have two saunas, three fancy new gyms, an official basketball and volleyball court (you’d be surprised how many people actually play there). And, my favorite part, a private screening room. Did I mention the lounges and Karaoke? I’ve been there a few times to play favorite movies with a date or by myself. It always feels good!

You can live within walking distance from Los Angeles’ hottest bar/nightclub/coffee shops! Since I work mostly from home, I also love being out and about. Lately, I have been trying to have an early bedtime, but I love going out to dance salsa. If you’ve been looking to learn a new hobby, you are always welcome to tag along and try a few salsa moves.

Look, I am not a neat freak, but I would really prefer to live with someone clean who knows how to respect my space and have a good sense of self-awareness. Pets are a hard no here. Sorry! Late rent neither. If you can’t pay rent on time, we are not a good match. That’s a fact!

Hiking, yoga, creativity, theater and bougie gourmet experiences are always a MATCH.
