SHORT TERM RENTAL - (thru July 31) Photo of bedroom - all of my personal items will be out. Furniture, including the bed stay. Secured building with pool, gym, study rooms, and rec areas. 2 blocks (8 min walk) to SJSU campus. Private room, furnished, in a 4 bedroom apartment, shares bath with one other room. The room is large with a huge window, great light, high ceilings, queen bed, desk, dresser. I’ll connect you with the roomates to meet them to make sure you all agree.

This is not a sublet, you are taking over the lease (move out July 31), then you have the option to sign a 12 month lease. This building usually does not have availability. They are filling spots now for next school year. This is a way to get into this building without having to sign 12 months up front.

All furniture, including bed, are new and provided by the building. Utilities included. The Grad is a student-friendly, rent by the room building (nearly all living here are students but it’s not required). Super clean. The building is only 2 years old, same for the furniture. My roommates are great but I need to leave two months before my lease is up. Washer and dryer in the unit. Parking spot available for additional cost through the building management.
