We are looking for a nice quiet peaceful female roommate to rent out our large one bedroom located in Elmhurst Queens in a nice quaint Asian neighborhood.

Great location, only a short 5-10 minute walk from the R/M/7 trains, with lots of different buses that stop right near us.

This is a LARGE and very nice bedroom with its own closet in the room too!

There are two bathrooms, two kitchen sinks and two refrigerators on the floor, so there’s never any issues sharing.

There is a laundromat and convenient stores located right downstairs too.

Rent is $700 a month, utilities/wifi and electricity all included in the rent too (1 month rent security deposit & 1st month’s rent if you want to secure the bedroom).
