1 private bedroom available in SoPo in 3 bed/2 bath house. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and there’s easy access to SoPo Land Trust connector trails to Hinkley and Trout Brook Park. The bedroom for rent can be furnished or is available unfurnished if you would like to bring your own. The room is large enough to easily accommodate a king size bed, dresser and desk. The closet space is also very large, so there’s plenty of space for storage upstairs as well as in the dry basement. The room is available anytime for a 3-6 month stay. All utilities are included in the monthly rent.

I’m a mid-30s professional female and I have two border collies (so no additional animals please!) Despite living with two hairy dogs, the house is typically very tidy and that’s important to me. We will be good housemates if you feel similarly! I enjoy cooking, baking and trail running and am hoping to share this space with someone tidy, active and kind in my age group. Thanks for looking!
