Looking for roommate for my condo in Victorian home that has been remodeled into three units. On the Upper East Side, only a block from Lake Park!

It is a lovely 2BR/2Bath that has a living room/entertaining area, spacious kitchen, and washer/dryer (in basement). The kitchen has a HUGE refrigerator/freezer (and I mean huge!) as well as other appliances. The condo is spread over 2 floors, with the kitchen, living area, and a bathroom on the second floor of the house, and the bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor. I will be furnishing the shared areas on the first floor.

You will share the condo with me, the new owner, (23F) young professional in media from the Chicago suburbs. I went to school in MKE and recently started working in the MKE suburbs. I am quiet, respectful, agreeable and even-tempered, fun-loving, and open minded.

My ideal roommate would be someone who is in graduate/med school or a young professional that is respectful and responsible. You will be able to move in starting mid-June or early July.

I will be moving to my new condo in the Upper East side of Milwaukee in the beginning of June.
