Large bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath duplex unit. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located (10 mins to Y, 7 mins to Stateline) and a short walk to Bijou Park. House has a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, backyard, and areas for storage. I enjoy socializing with friends, but this is not a party house. I have an indoor cat and the home is pet friendly, but unfortunately no dogs per the landlord, sorry.
About the roomies
I am 33 years old and have lived in Tahoe for seven years. I work at Heavenly both summer (activities team lead) and winter (ski instructor). I’m pretty clean in common areas and appreciate the same in my roommates. I enjoy socializing with friends, but don’t want a party house. I have one indoor only cat.
