Gavin's room

The complex is about 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and 5 mins from Mill Ave // ASU main campus. 2 bd 2 ba, so we have our own rooms and attached bathrooms. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The complex has multiple pools and is very close to one of the multiple laundry facilities. Parking is never an issue and there’s plenty of spaces near our unit. Lease does not end until Sept. so it’s perfect for summer housing and potentially resigning.

Current roommate is moving out and away for work. I work 2 jobs mostly during the mornings and usually have involvements a couple evenings per week. I am somewhat new to the area and AZ so new friends would be great. I like staying fit, going out on weekends, am clean and tidy, and traveling/trying new things. Honestly, I am just trying to have a great first summer in AZ :)
