4 bedroom home shared between 3 girls looking for a fourth roommate! (: two bathrooms, only one bathroom includes a shower but this has never become an issue for us. The lease is one year long from June 1 2022-June 1 2023. The lease can be renewed ! The room is NOT furnished! Though, the place is fully furnished so we’ll have one time charge of $300 (this doesn’t include ownership). There’s 4 parking spots right infront of the house and more parking on the street. Laundry and dryer included. Water, electricity, trash, and Wi-Fi bills are not included in the rent price. There’s a little backyard too(: Feel free to ask any questions! The main thing that we ask is that you must be clean!! and contribute to things around the house like taking trash out, sweeping floors, mopping, etc.
