Lorimer Street

Rent is $1550/month + utilities that vary, under $200 (electricity, internet, gas). I’m looking for a subletter. No couples please.

The apartment is a duplex, on a sunny, tree-lined street in Greenpoint. Super close to both the L and G trains. Room for rent is the top floor bedroom with a separate study. There are 2 baths in duplex and private garden access (I have a grill and make an attempt at gardening). It’s a really big space. Great closets! The bedroom will come with or without some furnishings, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. My current roommate might be willing to part with some of their furniture if you need something for the room.

Our street is quiet and residential. McCarren Park is half a block away and Five Leaves is across the street. We also have a great corner for watching the NYC marathon. It’s an awesome neighborhood, I’m in love with it!

A little about me: I’m a non-smoking female. I like to sometimes cook and we definitely have a large enough kitchen to do so. I like to entertain or have a dinner party (on occasion). I’m very respectful about a shared space (noise, mess, etc.). I keep the shared space pretty clean and would look for a similarly situated person. I’m open to male or female and have lived in harmony with past roommates. Looking forward to hearing from you!
