The apartment has its private entrance and living room area perfect for a professional person that travels or college roommates. You will be the only one on the floor so you have your own space. The suite can be furnished tastefully. Includes utilities, internet, and 1 parking spot. A minimum six month to a year lease. Security Deposit is first month’s rent and $50 non-refundable application & background check fee. Must be a clean, professional person who pays on time.
