North Mechica Court

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to downtown (10 minutes), University of Arizona (15 minutes) and Pima city college (10 minutes). The room can come furnished or not depending on your needs. The house was remodeled recently. The will be divided in 3, utility fees covers electricity and wi-fi. Landlord pays for water.

I am a professional, working full time and like to take care of my house. The house has a total of four bedrooms and two baths. 2 rooms are available to rent so we will have nice new community. Rent can start from start of the month or mid-month. There will be a cleaning service (included) every month. We will have another roomie who is a student at U of A starting in July.
