Joshua's room

Have a large interior space, with roughly enough space to have two separate couches, and a dining room table, and not feel cramped. Excellent location with walking distance to a lot of attractions, and only 1 mile from Midtown. Maintenance and grounds keepers are on top of their stuff, and the property is kept up with very nicely. We currently are not wanting any pets.

My roommate and I are both pretty nerdy, and we tend to spend our time either working on our hobbies, or convening in the living room to play games together. We are good about cleaning up after ourselves, and we both take time to get chores done. We both work gig jobs, and so we are home pretty regularly during the weekdays, but are typically out and about on weekends.
