I am looking for a Female or Male Roommate to take over my lease starting June. You will be sharing the apartment with a very chill , outgoing and friendly 26M roommate. I have shared the apartment with him for the last 6 months and couldn’t ask for a better roommate.

The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Since I am moving out of state, I am looking to sell my furniture too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, coffee maker, dishes. Full-size washer and dryer in the apartment. Counter Height Dining Table. Because of the apartment’s orientation, it gets sunlight year-round and is very bright.

You will share this 2b2b with Jesus who is the best roommate you could ask for. He contributes to the house work, keeps the apartment clean and does more than his fair share of work. He is an early bird who is at work from 6 to 4, doesn’t make much noise and is very easy to talk to. If you like UFC or sports, you’ll get along with him really well.
