I have a furnished room for $700 with queen bed, dresser, t.v (50inch) and area rug as well as the non furnished for $600

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Yakima an older farm house tucked away in an orchard.It is an upstairs room, nice view, has a queen size bed and dresser you can use or your welcome to bring your own. The room is remarkably huge. There is a private enterance through the back door to stairs. No need to walk through the whole house. There are 4 fur babies that live here so we cannot allow anymore pets, at all. I’m renting a room, not the whole house. My husband and I live in the first floor. There is 1 other room upstairs that is rented as well. Everyone has different schedules for work, so we try to be respectful of each other. You will not be able to hear a lot that goes on downstairs in the upstairs room, altho the room is directly above ours and if you are pacing back and forth it would be very bothersome to us. A large throw rug would help so much. The room also has a very large walk in closet. The winter time you would need to have a small radiator heater, fans in the summer, we also all pitch in to buy furnace oil in the winter because the price runs over $400 for 100 gallons. I respectfully ask you do your laundry elsewhere and you are welcome to use the kitchen now and again if you supply your own pots and pans and condiments. I do not supply cooking utensils or plates forks etc. You would need to have your own. The spring time the orchards run wind machines and if you are not used to them they are loud but eventually you get used to them as well as the cherry bombs that go off in orchards as well in early summer. There is a grocery store approx. 3 miles from the house and a gas station. We are approx. 19 miles from Yakima. We ask that all visitors are spoken to 7s about before they visit. No more than 1 night for a visitor to stay! And no more than one time a week per month. We ask $600 rent due before the 5th of the month. $300 NON REFUNDABLE deposit. After the 5th of each month that rent is not paid is an additional $75 per week that it’s late. This is a month to month rental…if rent is not paid for a full month, you will need to move out immediately.

One roommate is my oldest son, he works crazy times, he is respectful, he has 2 dogs and he also has cars that he attends car shows with, so he makes noise outside when working on them.
