About the house: The house is a well maintained and clean home. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. You are able to use all appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee, airfryer, and fridge). House is always kept at a decent temperature.
Room info: The room has its own sliding door to the backyard. A ceiling fan and decent size closet. You will share a shower with 1 female.
Backyard has a underground pool, diving board, hot tub, nice patio, and amazing view of the lake.
About the roomies
Roomies would be 2 ladies and 1 gentleman and one very adorable well behaved and very small dog. Shared shower will be with one female. We are all in our 20s (22 to 26), fairly social, busy with work, but often hang out when we are home. We are very respectful of each others things and of our neighbors. We do not have any drama in the house.
