They’re called Villas, I say it’s 4 duplexes on one property. Private bedroom, unfurnished. A strange all in one washer and dryer in the kitchen. Also a full washer and dryer in the community (8 units) No dishwasher, it’s the price I pay for living in a 1930’s villa
