Private room in shared house available in the Nob Hill neighborhood! Super close to Humble Coffee, and it’s an easy walk to shops on Central and Sprouts. The house is large with a shared kitchen, living room, sun room/dining room, storage area, and backyard. The room you’d be in has two windows and a fun ensuite bathroom. Comes unfurnished. All utilities included in rent. 6 month lease.

You’d be living with two roommates, one (25 M) works for UNM and has a cute Aussie dog (Layla) who is super chill and doesn’t bark at all. The other roomie (24 M) works in outdoor education and won’t be around much in the summer time.
