Great, newly renovated master bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit! The unit is located very close to many amenities in the area, along with plenty of parking directly near the unit if needed. I’m having to leave the place due to my job still being a bit far along with finding a better place for my dog, but i’ve loved living here! The other 2 roommates are very respectful and usually keep to themselves, though we’re all pretty conversational and were good friends moving in. Two of us are audio engineers who have recently graduated our college programs, with myself working at a recording studio and the other working at a post production facility. The other is a college student soon to be starting his last semester at CSUN. One of the roommates is a female, she’s very kind and usually hangs out in her room when not working. The other roommate is a male who’s also very respectful and enjoys chatting if you strike up a convo.
