Alexandria's room

The room has a brand-new carpet in it and smells like new room it is empty and it has a view of the front yard. The bathroom is separate from the room. The bedroom is upstairs. The neighborhood is calm and quiet with occasional neighbors outside washing cars or kids playing with their bikes. The property was built in 2018 and is in good condition. No children please. Sorry but we had a bad experience with out last tenant and they did not discipline their child. No pets. Only people with full-time jobs. Fo not touch my thermostat. Last tenant wanted to have the AC on all day and didnt want to pay electricity. I had to be paying $300+ in electricity as opposed to my usual $120. So if you want to have a cold room all day, please expect to pay electricity. You cant be coming in and out of the home during the day. My last tenant was leaving the house 10 times a day. I dont care what you do with your time but i have a small dog that i cant risk racing out the door. The room wont be available until september so please read my description. No pets.

I am a 26-year-old female and I work from home in the evenings. My husband is 22 years old and he works in the evenings but not in the home. I have 7 year-old twin sons who go to school during the day and do homework in the evenings as well as play and go to bed around 8 PM. I have a small French bulldog who spends half his time inside and half his time outside but is never allowed upstairs.
