The room available is on the second floor among 2 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom. The laundry and private bathroom are on the same floor. On the 1st floor is the kitchen, dining room, living room, restroom and the private office. The room and office will be completely unfurnished upon move in.

Utilities covered: gas, trash and high speed internet. (in house washer and dryer).

Abundant street parking only. Must buy an Alhambra overnight parking permit ($60 / year) from the Police Department. Parking is always available in front of townhouse.
