Wendy's room

Females only please. The room is private, on lower level of home at the end of the hallway, located by laundry, bathroom, and garage for easy entrance. There is a full size refrigerator in the garage. Room has its own A/C and heating unit. Main kitchen is open for use as well. It is a spacious and cozy room. I am offering it furnished or unfurnished or on request. We are close the the 15 and 215 freeways, and within minutes from many restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Looking for female only, no drugs, no overnight guests, no drama.

I’m a working mom with a high school age son, who is kind, helpful, and hard working, and a young adult daughter who is in college. I enjoy hiking, reading, health and fitness, time with my kids, and most of all I love Jesus. We do have 3 furry occupants that we love, Bella, Kiki, and Loui, our little dogs. They do not go into the room for rent and they are hypoallergenic, and don’t shed. They are adorable and love people but if you don’t enjoy dogs this home probably isn’t for you. :)
