Larkspur Street

I’m currently renting a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Ponderay, ID. I live in a relatively clean quiet apartment complex called Mountain View. Looking to find a roommate to rent my second room and second bath. The room is small, clean and faces a parking lot. Second floor window.

I’m a 36 year old female, hoping to save a bit of cash in this crazy housing market by possibly finding a roomie who is just the right fit. I have three kiddos (8 months, 2 year and 10 years) who also live here. The ten year old however is gone for the summer. So I’m most likely looking for a roommate who isn’t opposed to a lot of kid based activity in the home (things can be loud or hectic depending on the time/day). I would ideally prefer a roommate with a child but am open to a very child friendly peer without. I also have a large German Shepherd dog who just turned two. He is a sweetheart and my daughter emotional support pet so any potential roommates would need to be ok with that. Our second room has gone unused for months now so I figured I’d better put it to good use:)
