The house is in a beautiful, safe, and quiet family neighborhood of Long Beach called El Dorado. Each room is fully furnished with a full size bed, desk, and closet (**different bedroom furniture in listed photos). Utilities, internet, and laundry available. There is an extra refrigerator dedicated to and set aside for renters. Plenty of safe street parking available. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are separated from the rest of the house, which allows for quiet and privacy for renters.
Looking for females who are clean, considerate of others, and need a quiet home to study in. Must be okay with dogs as we have 1 family dog in the home. No additional pets.

I am the owner of this house and live here with my fiance and 1 dog (large shepherd mix). We are a young couple working in healthcare and IT looking for a clean, considerate, quiet female renter to reside in one of our private bedrooms. We are open to students and prefer health science majors.
