The apartment faces east, so it has morning sun and a balcony to enjoy its quiet location. It has three ceiling fans, which are great at circulating cool air, and a working fireplace. The apartment is available furnished or unfurnished. The complex has a swimming pool, exercise rooms and a squash/badminton court. The apartment is across W. Broad Street from Kroeger and Lowe’s, and a Publix is within walking distance. The #19 bus conveniently has west/east bound stops along the apartment complex on W. Broad St.

I’m a mature, Christian, single man (never married, no children) who is quiet, considerate and clean. I’m new to Richmond after recently moving from NYC for work. My focus is on my career and some personal projects that interest me. My time at home is primarily spent reading and cooking during the weekend. I welcome my apartment mate to enjoy the kitchen, their TV, gaming, whatever their personal interests.
