About the room
Master bedroom in a house with 3 other girls ages 21-28. Looking for another female to occupy this room. Rent is $1400. Sublease May 15-end of June. Looking for someone to also renew lease for another year starting July. Rent will then increase to $1475. Room has a private bathroom with two sinks, giant tub and separate shower. HUGE walk in closet. Master is the only room downstairs, all other roommates are on the second floor.
