House is located in Huntington Harbour and is situated on the water with access to swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Bedroom comes furnished with walk in closet and private bath. Pools, jacuzzi and tennis/pickle ball courts are in the complex. Patio overlooks the water with amazing views.

I am a single male, retired and very meticulous and clean. I take pride in my house and the area where I live. I am very active and work out every day. I expect the prospective roommate to be just as clean as I am. There is no one else living in my house.
