North Halsted Street

The unit I currently live in is on the third floor of the building with a great back view and a patio. The living room area is awesome for two people and the kitchen space is very open, making things such as cooking and accessing appliances a lot easier compared to other apartments around the area. There is a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a stove, and a dishwasher next to the sink. There is an in-unit washing machine and dryer which is incredibly convenient because some places make you walk to the basement for laundry! The bathroom has enough space to not feel cramped and the shower is not awkwardly situated by the toilet. The bedroom in question is also very nice, it has a closet with a light and room to fit a twin/full sized bed, a desk, and an organizer. Hi! My name is Serena and I’m just finishing my sophomore year at DePaul University. I’m a music education major, and I spend most of my time in the music building that’s a 4 minute walk away from this apartment! I love video games, watching shows (currently obsessing over JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and Attack On Titan) and really just hanging out in my space if I’m not busy with school or work. I have my Nintendo Switch with me here and love to play multi-player games if I’m not playing Minecraft, Animal Crossing, or other Nintendo stuff! I have a betta fish named Beaker; he loves staring at people and will quickly win your heart as the smartest (and most human) fish you’ll ever meet. I’m totally open to having a dog or cat here, either if you already have one or you’d like to get one. I don’t have any allergies and I’m not super picky about being a complete clean-freak, I only ask that we stay in communication to split up the chores evenly. I also have some of my instruments here with me (a guitar and ukulele) and love making songs with my MIDI controller! I’m perfectly fine with smoking/drinking, I’m also next door to a liquor store!
