Hello, looking for a kind, relaxed roommate. The room for rent is 150sq ft. You have access to a home theater, full kitchen, backyard with grass and apple trees plus a cherry tree, also bird watching, you can meditate, read a book, wood work all sorts of stuff to do around here. Alcohol not welcome or drug use. I ask that if you’re going to be home for the night be there by 11pm or after 5am that way we all can sleep peacefully. Hopefully that sounds good to you.

I have 2 other roommates whom work usually during the day. As do I . I ask that if you’re coming home please be there by 11pm or after 5am that way we all can sleep peacefully. Plenty of space in and out of the house. We all keep busy too so we’re not home all day, there’s plenty of hobbies that keep us all away from home especially during the summer.
