Sasikanth's room

This is a new house that is approximately 2500 sqft and you would have your own private room with a private bathroom. It is a gorgeous community with many amenities nearby including a gym, pharmacy, and grocery stores all within 0.5 miles away. I have a private home gym and home projector theater set up for entertainment. All utilities are included within the rent (i.e., WiFi, Laundry, Water, Electricity, garbage disposal, and parking).

I am a resident physician who is looking to rent out my room to students preferably, but I’m open to anyone. I am usually very busy and return home around 6 PM. I am very into fitness and love to socialize with my friends after work. With your room being on the opposite side of the house you should mostly have your own privacy :)
