A room in a gorgeous, our cute, modern/ boho style townhome that is available starting June 1, 2022. It’s located in Tempe off of Mill and Southern Ave. Near a bus stop. 10 min drive to ASU.

Here’s some of the home highlights: All utilities included Furnished common areas TV in living room with Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix You will be using the first-floor guest bathroom that has its own shower. Rent is $800 for a month to month lease.

For only one person. Professional/student preferred. A covered parking spot available. Uncovered/On-street parking available for guests. In-unit laundry available. Please message if interested.

$800 plus a refundable month’s rent required = $1,600. No more pets.

Roommates include a female, who is a teacher and a male, who is a chemist. There is an adorable, friendly cat in the home.
