The house is located in a quiet subdivision in north Charlotte, just 10 minutes away from Northlake Mall, and in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and lots of entertainment. Tenant will have access to in home washer and dryer as well. Utilities and internet are included with monthly rent.

My boyfriend and I are both young working professionals. He works outside of the home, and I work from home. We’re both hard working, good people who enjoy going to church, enjoying the city, and spending time with family.
