Ladue Court

I’m looking for a female roommate for a condo that is midway between Quantico and Ft. Belvoir, just off Route 1, and close to 95. The condo is in a gated community, and is adjacent to the Rippon VRE, has beautiful views of the Potomac River and Belmont Bay, and is just down the street from the Neabsco wildlife refuge and boardwalk. The bedroom for rent is currently furnished, but that furniture can be moved out, and the private guest bathroom was recently renovated. The great room has a gas fireplace, and the sunroom has the best views of the water. Rent includes all utilities and access to the clubhouse, gym, and pool. There is also a detached garage for your use when I am gone. I travel extensively, so you would essentially be living alone.

I’m 51, and travel a great deal. I’m not often home, but when I am, I’m very quiet and laid back. I’ve recently completed my studies and am trying to find my hobbies again. I’m clean and organized, and I love the quiet that comes from having two sides of the complex being surrounded by water. There are no other roommates, and the neighbors in the building are very friendly.
