The apartment is a duplex on a main road in a quiet town. I have upstairs neighbors but they’re friendly and like to engage in light conversation. There’s a very large backyard with a fire pit. There’s also a storage shed if you have extra things you need to store. There’s a large living space and another space that is currently used for storage, a treadmill, and a dining table, but can be rearranged if you have other storage needs. A basement is also available for storing non essentials. There are two bedrooms and one large bathroom. The kitchen is large and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the apartment!

I work at a local university - a lot of late nights/weekends so I’m usually not around a lot when the college is in session. I like to cook, hike, and travel, and I tend to keep to myself. I have a dog; She’s a corgi named Ella and she loves people, belly scratches, treats, and snuggles!
