53 yrs and 20 yrs (mother/daughter duo) with 3rd daughter away at school (who will come home for holidays, etc. We have 2 small dogs and 2 cats. 4 Bed / 3 1/2bath / 2 story single family home with inground pool, gas fire pit, WiFi & Directv. Home has been completely remodeled. We mainly watch TV and keep to ourselves. We are usually quiet but I have friends over occasionally and so can you! I have family visit a couple times a year and so can you! No SMOKING. I am 420 friendly (ish to a point..) Outside only. I love to have a glass of wine and hang out. Would enjoy your company if you are up for it but understand that everyone needs their space.
